We are looking for suitable candidates for these following positions:

SALES MANAGER
General Requirements
1. Must possess a thorough knowledge of operations in management principles and techniques as normally obtained through a Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Healthcare or related field and a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the healthcare setting.
2. Must possess demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of budgetary,target oriented action plans within the healthcare, hotels or insurance.
3. Proficient in written and spoken English – equivalent to TOEFL score of 550.
4. Specific Job Skills: Understands the principles of sales and marketing also able to grab new or existing market, having a broaden knowledge of healthcare and good networks with hospitals,clinics and insurance is an advantage.
5. Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, eg., costing of staff, return on investment, etc. Must have competency of writing reports.
6. Business and Selling Skills: Able to demonstrate success and experience managing small accounts and large team, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Ideal background would be in sales department of medium enterprises; experience of publishing or advertising industries would be particularly helpful.

CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
General Requirements
1. Must possess a thorough knowledge of operations in management principles and techniques as normally obtained through a Masters Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field and a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
2. Must possess demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of budgetary,target oriented action plans within the healthcare, hotels or insurance.
3. Proficient in written and spoken English – equivalent to TOEFL score of 550.
4. Specific Job Skills: Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost - effectiveness, including competition, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling. Appreciates the need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix. Experience of managing sales people useful.
5. Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, eg., costing of staff, return on investment, etc. Must have competency of writing reports.
6. Business and Selling Skills: Able to demonstrate success and experience managing small accounts and large team, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in healthcare, knows the healthcare players, market behavior and internet marketing product development.
Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business, for example the prospect of recruiting and new product development. Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.
Computer Skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Powerpoint, web literate and email.
